If you’re wondering when you should start taking your little one to parent and child gym classes, the answer is: as soon as possible once your child is 4 months old! The earlier you start exercising with your baby, the better. Studies have shown that babies who get more exercise at an early age tend to be healthier as they grow up. Our parent and child classes are available as soon as you’re ready.

At The Little Gym, your little one will be engaging in age appropriate activities that are geared towards your child’s development.
Along with helping them refine their gross motor skills, our classes incorporate music and movement that engage your child’s body and mind,with other children their ages.
We believe that the best kind of learning combines fun and adventure. Our curriculum is structured and designed to provide a safe space for your child to take calculated risks, boosting their curiosity and love for movement and learning.
