The Grade School ballet and tap class focuses on enhancing the dancer’s overall understanding of technique and dance education. Through skill combinations and repetition, the dancers hone their love of performance. Class length is 45 minutes in the Dance Studio.

This hour-long class includes an introduction to ballet & tap in the dance studio, followed by 30 minutes of gymnastics in the gym! This is a great opportunity for your 3 year old to explore two styles of dance and gymnastics all in a one hour class packed with flips, leaps and fun!

Through our age and skill-appropriate activities, your child will build essential sports skills like throwing, kicking, catching, and striking, all while having a blast and boosting their confidence. Giggle Worms is a 60-minute independent gymnastics class for 4-Year-Olds.
In the Giggle Worms class, children work on building gross motor skills, which leads to tremendous coordination, agility, and spatial awareness. Additionally, gymnastics stations allow for skill growth in tumbling, on the bars, and on the balance beam. You can expect your child to develop gymnastics skills, strength, balance, coordination, and confidence.
The Giggle Worms class also fosters social and emotional growth, such as listening, following instructions, taking turns, and making friends!
As part of The Little Gym’s progressive curriculum, you can expect a different lesson plan each week that is perfectly tailored to the developmental milestones of the class. Imagination and creativity are used to keep your child engaged while they learn and grow. In the Giggle Worms class, children work on building gross motor skills, which leads to tremendous coordination, agility, and spatial awareness. Our simple membership pricing makes it easy for you to join The Little Gym. Your child’s membership covers one or two classes per week. As they grow with The Little Gym, their classes will progress and change but your membership stays the same. It’s simple!

As a The Little Gym member you get access to one or two classes per week depending on which membership option you choose, plus special discounts on birthday parties, events and more.
Memberships are billed monthly on the date of initial enrollment.
All of our classes are based on your child’s age to ensure your child is learning and developing at an age-appropriate level. If you are unsure which class best fits your child, reach out to your local gym.
For children under 3, a parent (or caregiver) must participate in class. For children 3 and up parents are invited to watch class from the lobby.
Safety is a number one rule at The Little Gym. All classes are limited to provide a small student/teacher ratio and ensure a safe environment. Please contact your local gym for more information on class sizes.
If you are unable to attend class, please contact the gym and a make-up class will be added to your account. Make-ups expire after 6 months and can only be used while actively enrolled.
