Very pleasant nurturing environment. My daughter came with very limited knowledge on gymnastics but now completely loves it!

Our son has been going to the Little Gym since he was a baby, and he loves it. The staff is friendly and responsive, the classes are fun, and he is gaining confidence and skills. Highly recommend!

Only rating 4/5 because it is a long drive for us in Carroll county. I wish there was a location closer to home!

I love this place and the space they create for young kids! My son has attended weekly classes for nearly a year. I have seen skills progress as well as confidence and pride in his new-found abilities. As a boy, I'm glad that his weekly class typically included ~4 other boys and not only girls. I also appreciated Mr Jeremiah's leadership and example. I was worried about my 4 year old doing an hour class. If he was tired from the day at daycare, sometimes his attention waned. Let me explain the class structure: the first 10-15 minutes is warm up with activities often based on songs. They may use props like scarves or pool noodles or hola-hoops. They have an awesome blow-up lane for jump skills. Next, the "heart" of the class, they break into groups (7-10 kids) and rotate stations on gym equipment. One station centers around the balance beam. Another station centers on horizontal bars. The staff demo each "move" then the kids cycle through. I like that the kids learn to take turns! The last 10-15 minutes of class is just for FUN movement. All kids come together and may play hide and seek or play tag, etc. Parents sit outside and watch this all through a glass wall. Honestly, kids love to come tap on the glass to grab parent's attention or be silly. I like the vibe of parents and playing siblings in that area. They do offer wifi, and I've seen parents and older siblings working on laptops. They have bathrooms in the common area but also a single bathroom in the gym if kiddos need to go during class. I found communication with the gym easy. If I needed to cancel or schedule a make-up, just call or do it when on-site for a class. They are also chill if you show up a few minutes late, I mean - kids! They offer parents' night out occasionally and offer camps for days LCPS is closed. I hear the birthday parties they host are awesome.

Me and my son love the Little Gym at Gaithersburg! His teacher, Malika, is amazing! He learned so many cool skills, like how to do flips. I love how clean the gym is; you wouldn’t even be able to tell that kids have been there! The director, Rachel helped us work through financial issues by providing us with a few options to help keep my son enrolled.
