Miss Jess is AMAZING! Sawyer Grace has really thrived under her instruction. We love the structure of the 10 am class with the mix of gymnastics and dance, with a 3 year old's attention span it is important to have variety, but also consistency. Miss Jess and Miss Abby do a wonderful job with the littles. I also give the individual class time recitals two big thumbs up! It is great to have an individual time for each class and their families and avoids potential meltdowns with wait times for dances to begin during a full recital schedule. Great job overall Little Gym! You guys are great!

I don't like the required automatic billing and the requirement to give 30 days notice to end. When I started I could pay monthly as we went, but that changed. Children are fickle and there seemed to always be class size availability. We loved the classes just not the billing parameters.

Owner Response - Hi Kimberly! Thank you for your feedback. We love to hear that you enjoyed your classes! We have actually had a 30-day notice of cancellation requirement for several years. This policy started during our 2018-2019 season. Our billing cycles do run monthly, however we do ask for notice of cancellation. We apologize for any miscommunication you may have experienced!

The lead instructor, Katie, was the only one who actually seemed like she cared and wanted to be there and there were two girls out of the four or five that switched between teaching the Saturday class that actually seemed happy to be there. Our son basically got kicked out of a class for not listening even though half of the other kids were running around and not listening. We pay $100 a month to have him in these classes to be able to learn, grow, and socialize but it seemed like he was being treated as a burden and was not worth it to keep paying for classes if the teachers aren’t equipped to handle him and send him out in the lobby to just watch the others. We instead got a gym membership at Fort Sanders where he plays in the daycare for at least an hour 5 days a week, almost 2 months in now and we have never had a problem with his behavior over there so that makes me feel like the instructors at the little gym just did not want to deal with him. Made us feel so unwelcome.

Owner Response - Hi Amy! We appreciate your feedback as we are always looking for ways to grow and improve each and every member's experience. We are very saddened by the fact that even though throughout your near year of enrollment in our Parent/Child program and positive classes and interactions with Ms. Katie and other instructors you still felt we deserved a 0 rating. We apologize if we did not properly set your expectations for the transition from Parent/Child (Beasts/Super Beasts) classes to independent 3-year old classes (Funny Bugs). Taking on class independently for a 3-year old can be a very challenging and overwhelming experience. Sometimes our little ones just need to take a short break in the lobby with their adult before returning to class. Ms. Katie did speak to your husband regarding your child being sent out of class and apologies were offered for the miscommunication in the fact that your child could not return to class. Our goal is to help every child learn and grow at his or her own pace. We offer our sincere apologies that you felt we could not do that for your child.

Our whole experience has been great! All of the staff are so good with the kids, it’s been a great outlet for my daughter to get some structured fun!
