I like the opportunity to run around with my son and laugh with him as he explores new skills. Being with other kids and parents makes him more comfortable in a public setting. He has the courage now to try climbing and jumping on the playground.

We love the Little Gym! I think the #1 reason we have continued to come back for many years is the staff - namely Mr. Tad, Ms. Karissa, & Ms. Pru. They are fantastic and the relationships we and our kids have made with them is priceless. They genuinely love and care for the kids! The reason I wouldn't put a 9+ is some cost/scheduling issues. Most significantly now I am frustrated with the make-up policy when it is not our fault/scheduling issue that prohibited us from being in class. I completely understand the make-up policy when we have to miss a class for any reason, but when the Little Gym is CLOSED I don't understand why we are still charged for the class. The only exception to this that we've had is Christmas, where we were not charged for the Saturday class that didn't occur. But the following Saturday was New Years, the Little Gym was closed and we were charged for the class in our regular monthly amount (whereas others who had that class when it didn't fall on a holiday were charged the same amount). We've also accrued make-ups for when there are vacation camps. Here, we didn't have the choice to go to our regularly- scheduled classes and there are other classes (that people are paying the Little Gym for!) that are happening instead. I don't understand why we have to still pay for the day. I understand the thought that we receive make-ups instead, but when my husband and I both work full time (and the kids are in daycare/school full time), the weekends are the only possible time that we can go. I hope you can take this feedback and think about these situations and the make-up/charge policy for future dates where the Little Gym is cancelling the class or is closed. Thank you in advance as we do love your staff and the experiences we've had and that causes conflicting feelings with these continued frustrations and costs.
