We have been taking our daughter here since she was 5 months old and the teachers and staff have always treated her like she was family. Very welcoming and loving community with a great variety of activities and skills for your children to learn and develop! Our daughter has asked for the owner and coaches by name since she could speak!

We love The Little Gym for our 22 month old twins! Coach Victoria is so sweet, kind, and fun. She makes the kids feel comfortable without ever pressuring them in any way. Such a clean, safe, fun way to get energy out in these colder months!

The Little Gym in Castle Rock is one of the best things we've done for our son. He learns so much both physically and socially. He has so much fun and looks forward to it every week. As a parent I appreciate how kind and caring the staff is. They are very accommodating when it comes to make us classes and safety is always #1. The lessons are age appropriate and they change it up every week. If you're thinking about joining The Little Gym, you should give it a try!

We love The Little Gym of Port St. Lucie! My daughter looks forward to every class and is always so excited to go. The coaches are amazing and have built such great bonds with her — she feels comfortable, confident, and supported. What I really appreciate is that the skills go beyond gymnastics. She’s learning confidence, coordination, and social skills that carry over into everyday life. We’ve seen so much growth in her and highly recommend The Little Gym to any parent looking for a positive, nurturing environment!

My son participated in The Little Gym for two years, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff is truly exceptional—warm, patient, and always full of positive energy. They create an environment where kids feel safe, encouraged, and excited to learn new things. The activities are incredibly fun and well‑designed to support both physical and social development. Week after week, my son looked forward to going, and it was wonderful to watch his confidence, coordination, and independence grow. I’m deeply grateful for the joyful memories and the care they put into every class.
