My son really enjoys playing at the Little Gym. He was (and is) very anxious around other children but going to class each week has helped him be less nervous. He has lots of fun running, jumping, and playing.

Both my kids love the little gym of wayne. Great coaches and very friendly staff. This place is family owned and very well maintained and operated.

We had an incredible experience here! Highly recommend! We started my little one when she turned 1 and it became her favorite time of the week going to gym class and seeing Miss Mackenzie! She learned many valuable lessons on listening and following directions, balancing, hanging on bars, making friends and becoming a strong little girl. We are moving on to new activities but leaving with happiest sweet memories!

The Little Gym of Scarborough is a wonderful addition to the community. The owner, Wes, is truly passionate about not only what he does for children in the four walls of this gym, but he also does incredible outreach in the community!

Our family has been with The Little Gym for almost a year now and have had nothing but positive experiences! Our kids completely adore their coaches and look forward to each and every class. As someone who’s spent her entire career working within the behavioral health and early childhood field, I really like seeing how warm and inclusive the environment is of all backgrounds and abilities. Many children with disabilities attend classes here and while the staff isn’t trained specifically in special education, they do a phenomenal job tending to each child and meeting them where they’re at each day. My oldest has ADHD and can be very tough on herself and she’s met with nothing but support and compassion from her coaches. They’ve become an extension of our family and our girls truly wouldn’t be the confident kids they are without them! If your child has more unique needs, always reach out to staff to express concerns in advance. No child is ever turned away and staff do an incredible job accommodating a wide range of needs!

We celebrated our daughters 3rd birthday at The Little Gym and it was absolutely perfect! The team was fantastic and they catered to the group fo children perfectly with great activities! It felt organized, not rushed and really fun for both kids and the adults participating!

An exceptional Gym for my little one! Once a week my little one comes to The Little Gym for an hour of fun, bonding, and playing with his newfound friends. I can't speak highly enough of this place. He has developed so much over the past year in his social skills and his ability to do somersaults, hanging on the bars, his balance on the beams, his manners, and his sharing abilities. When we arrive at the gym each week we are always met with the friendliest welcome from the front desk and he always runs over to his favorite teacher for a hug. This place has become a gathering and safe space for my kid to play and engage with other kiddos his age and I am truly so glad that we found The Little Gym. Thank you to all the staff and other families for always being so welcoming and always hosting such amazing events outside of our weekly visits.

I’m an actual customer of this gym and feel compelled to speak up because a recent online narrative about this business is simply not accurate. Classes are great, birthday parties are run seamlessly, its brand new and really really clean. The claim that this gym does not accommodate disabilities is false. I have personally witnessed staff handle challenging situations with patience, compassion, and understanding — never exclusion. What’s happening now appears to be a result of misleading online content that has prompted people with no connection to this gym to leave negative reviews. That does not reflect the real experience of families who attend here regularly. It’s important to be realistic about what this environment is: group gymnastics classes with 1–2 instructors guiding up to 20 children. These instructors are not occupational therapists, yet they consistently make sincere efforts to accommodate everyone while keeping the class safe. They can't necessarily give 1:1 time to every child in a busy class, they do provide positive reinforcement 1:1 throughout classes but, their overall role is to guide a group. This is a well‑run, welcoming space with kind staff who genuinely care about the kids. Please judge this business based on real customer experiences, not viral accusations.
