The coaches are very nice, but not trained well on group teaching. My kids are 4yrs old, if you don't keep an eye on them most of the time, they tend to stand around or just do one of their favorite routine over and over again OR look bored etc I see kids out of line all the time- the worst is a kid is patiently waiting for her/his turn on the ex: balance beam for about 30 secs, but it is time to go to the next sequence - this is a no no to me--- first of all a kid shouldn't be waiting that long, even if they do, make sure you give a chance to the kid to finish at least really quick one routine - never send a kid away especially when a kid did everything well (as you asked). Here are some suggestions: Coaches need to: 1. keep an eye on all the kids ALL the time - this is hard to do, but with training you can do it. Your eyes are everywhere (peripheral vision times hundred) - never miss a thing - comment on everything you see. Kids will quickly learn to do well, because they know you are watching even when you are working with another kid one on one. 2. Use the kids names all the time - just using their names you can get their attention. 3. Do # 1 and 2 - by telling them they are doing well OR do it again OR wait your turn, etc. Use SOFT voice when you are working with one on one, use little authoritative voice for the rest of the group. It can be achieved. 4. Position yourself during the routine such that you can do #1 - 3 5. Make sure all the kids do the routine in the order you ask them to do - when they come to you for one on one you know they followed the sequence well. 6. Even though it is a group lesson, a coach should know the strength and weaknesses of every kid - so you can remind them - remember we did this last time, you were scared, but look at you now -- Other words, the coaches have to work very hard to make the lesson successful for the coaches and the kids. Trust me kids will love you more, respect and listen to you:-)) You probably think we do all of the above, trust me, if I take a video of your group lesson, you will be amazed how far you are from reality. Please try to follow this - you will be the BEST Little GYM!!!

it will be great if the pictures can be sorted with child's name; so it will be easier for parent to look for child's pictures

Kids loose interest by going just once a week for 1 hour.. they forget the routines .. you should have open gym practice times so that kids can practice their skills and parents can also get involved.
