Superb coaches + age-appropriate goals + warm, welcoming, and clean facility + sooo many time slots for each age group to work with and around working parents = a true extracurricular treasure. My family has been going to TLG Durham for more than a year and wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic resource. They push my daughter to do her best, but always respect her learning and progressing at her own pace. Special shout-outs to Coaches Sydney, Dasia, Destiny, Hailey, and Genny!

My 7 year-old daughter has been taking classes at The Little Gym for over a year now and she absolutely loves it. She has learned so much. More importantly, her confidence has grown tremendously. The teachers are OUTSTANDING. They are patient, encouraging, and fun. I give my highest recommendation!

The Little Gym has taught my kiddo so many valuable skills! The exercises and activities have done such a great job of teaching our kid confidence and independence, as well as athletic awareness and risk assessment. Thanks to Ms. Lexi, they’re less than 2 years old waiting their turn in line! (Miracle, right?) This is just to mention a few of the big things we’ve noticed, most of which we never expected when we signed up. We thought this would be a fun activity just to get some energy out, but it’s turned into something both us parents and our child really value and look forward to. The staff do a fantastic job of keeping the facility spotless, cleaning surfaces after every class. On top of this, the gym layout gets rearranged frequently making it mentally stimulating for the kids to experience it like it’s new all over again every week. Staff are all extremely friendly and go above and beyond to include the kids by making the activities age appropriate, even for wide-spanned age groups like 1-3y/o. Couldn’t recommend TLG enough! Great athletic foundation for any kid of any age. Would give a 6th star if I could; an extra one from our kiddo. They absolutely love it!

It may be called The Little Gym, but the positive impact it has on children is HUGE. We have been going here for almost 2 years with my daughter, Willow, and the confidence it has instilled in her is just wonderful. Every teacher is amazing but I want to give a special shout out to Mr. Matt. He works tirelessly, remembers every child’s name, and truly is the “leader” in my eyes. Your hard work and dedication is unmatched and does not go unnoticed. Thank you, Mr. Matt!!! We are so grateful for everything this space provides and can’t wait until my son starts walking so he can join in on the fun too.

Our two year old loves her gym class. We ended up signing up for a membership after the trial class. The class size is great, the teachers are enthusiastic and I find it to be a great balance of learning/following directions and free play.

My daughter had a birthday party here recently. The party was absolutely perfect. The experience exceeded my expectations. Kelly is a true gem and made the party planning a breeze. The instructors were sweet, attentive, and engaging with the kids. The decorations were so sweet. I couldn’t stop smiling. Simply put, it was wonderful and you all made my daughter’s birthday a memorable one.

My daughter has been taking classes here since August and she loves it! Staff is very nice, specially Ms. Maya. It amazes me how every class is different and they never repeat the same class. Either the warm up, exercises or games are different every single time! The whole hour is full of activity and it goes fast. I have noticed a major improvement in my daughter too. Highly recommend this place.

Loved my visit! The environment was super welcoming and fun! The energy was amazing, my little brother loved his trial class, definitely bringing him back! The coaches were super engaging and the place was mighty clean. Loved it!!!
