Parent / Child Practice Time is a structured and supervised period to practice the essential gymnastics skills they’re learning in class each week. Open to all current students ages 4 months to 3 years of age.

Sensory Play Date
Join us for a hands-on, mess-friendly evening of focused play. Unlike traditional gym activities, this play date is all about engaging the senses and developing fine motor skills. Children will explore different materials—like rice, beans, pasta, and soft items—in themed sensory bins, practicing scooping, pouring, and manipulating small objects.
