Extremely poor communication. No response to emails. Staff doesn’t even know what’s going on. I asked a staff member on 3 separate occasions what the parent night out fee was. I was told $40 per family each time so I finally signed up. I was charged $75 and when I emailed about it, no response. We ended up quitting the preschool program before the end of the year because I didn’t feel like my two kids were learning anything academically. The only positive is they did learn body confidence and increased strength enough that one of them can do the monkey bars at the playground.

We are only able to come on Saturdays, as I am a working mother. We like the girls that are teaching, however they do not keep my toddlers interest peaked. He has fun, but wish he was learning more.

The reason I miss Rachel so much is because of her professionalism and enthusiasm. She was involved in the class and took interest in everyone. Not once did she sit on the side and looked at her nails and played with her hair. All of the the young girls just sit there during “explore time”, show no energy, seem self-conscious, and don’t take interest in the kids. I also think it’s laziness to have the attitude of “oh, we let the kids explore alone for the first few minutes of class.” That’s fine, just be in the class and be involved constantly! When you sing the hello/goodbye song show energy! And when it’s time to start the class, please don’t ask if we want to start class because of course we are going to join. Just start the songs and everyone will join in. It’s unprofessional to hesitantly ask, “so, do you want to start?” Bottom line: show interest and enthusiasm at all times. It’s more professional.

I love that you work at my kid’s level without pushing too hard to get a result.

It is fun! I do wish they still did open gym like they used to, but I do feel my child learns more in the classes now than he did last year. They have a good balance of not being too strict to make all the kids do everything but also not too lenient and letting the kids wander off all the time. The teachers do a great job and you can tell they love the kids and love what they do! It's especially cool when the teachers show the kids what cool gymnastic tricks they can do.

Cost is high. There have been some inconsistency in the teachers which seems to be resolved. One of the teachers does not engage well with parents or kids. Otherwise, we enjoy coming and classes have helped my child learn to be more aware of his body and interact with others.
