(INTERMEDIATE/ ADVANCED GIRLS) This hour-long combination class features individualized instruction with a focus on skill growth. Gymnasts focus on natural skill progressions to help build strength and endurance, conditioning them for more advanced skills down the road.

Packed with smiles, giggles and twirling bodies, this hour-long class teaches children the basics of dance while music and creative activities in the gym emphasize listening, taking turns, and following directions.
