(BEGINNER/ INTERMEDIATE GIRLS) This hour-long combination class features individualized instruction with a focus on skill growth allowing your child to learn specific techniques to improve strength, balance, coordination and agility.

(INTERMEDIATE GIRLS) This hour-long intermediate class builds off of current gymnastics knowledge as girls develop new skills. A cartwheel becomes a round-off. A handstand turns into a handspring. This natural progression builds strength, endurance, and confidence.

(INTERMEDIATE/ ADVANCED GIRLS) This hour-long combination class features individualized instruction with a focus on skill growth. Gymnasts focus on natural skill progressions to help build strength and endurance, conditioning them for more advanced skills down the road.
