Refund Policy

We promise your child's spot is reserved for the entire season! Because we are a small business, we staff according to enrollment and fluctuations in enrollment affect the overall ability of our business to operate productively. Therefore, tuition refunds or credits are made only if requested before your child has been enrolled in THREE WEEKS of classes. Once they have been in a class for three weeks, we plan and staff for them to complete the season. You may transfer an enrollment to another family member. Refunds are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Annual memberships are not refundable. Classes attended will be prorated from the refund fee per child.
