WHEN ARE CAMPS HELD FOR THE SUMMER 2023 SEASON (June 12th - August 11th)?
- Mornings: Monday & Friday (9:30am-12:30pm)
- Afternoons: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (12:45pm-3:45pm)
- Our flexible scheduling allows you to pick and choose the days and morning and/or afternoon sessions that you wish to attend. You are not required to book a full week as you can pick and choose your sessions throughout the entire summer. Some examples are: every Monday throughout the Summer, every day during an entire week, or selected days and times. Choose your own schedule!
WHAT DO THE KIDS DO DURING THE 3-HOUR CAMP?
- The entire camp takes place in our air-conditioned gym, multi-purpose room and lobby areas.
- The majority of time will be spent participating in our pre-planned instructor led, theme-based games and activities in our gym. We will also allocate time for a snack break and a theme-based arts & craft activity.
- Every camp will have different games, activities and crafts planned around a weekly theme. So if your child attends a morning and an afternoon camp on the same day OR a camp on Monday and Wednesday of the same week, there will be different activities for them to participate in.
CAN MY CHILD ATTEND A MORNING AND AFTERNOON CAMP ON THE SAME DAY?
- Yes, if you sign up for the morning and afternoon camp on the same day (2 camps), you child will be with us from 9:30am-3:45pm. We will allocate additional lunch time for them during the 12:30pm-12:45pm break.
WHAT AGES ARE THE CAMPS FOR?
- The Camps are designed for ages 3-8. The children attending the camp must be fully potty independent.
WHAT IS THE PRICE OF THE CAMPS?
- Our Camps are priced on a per camp basis. The larger the camp pack, the lower price per camp
- Member Pricing: 1 camp - $50; 5 camps - $225; 10 camps - $425; 20 camps - $799; 30 camps - $1,050
- Non-member Pricing: 1 camp - $60 (for camp packs, purchase $50 membership)
- For example, if you wish to attend a Tuesday afternoon, Friday morning and Friday afternoon camp during one week you will need three (3) available camp passes
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE A SCHEDULED CAMP?
- A reserved camp can be changed up to 24 hours before the camp start. You can transfer the camp to another day/time or receive a camp credit. If you do not notify us 24 hours before a camp or if you are absent, no credit will be given for the missed camp. All camp credits will expire on August 12, 2023.
HOW DO WE DROP OFF / PICK UP?
- Please adhere to the distancing protocol for our check-in processes (touchless temperature check and hand sanitizer)
- No parents will be allowed in the gym and please try to minimize additional siblings or family members when coming to the facility
WHAT SHOULD THE CAMPERS BRING?
- Campers should bring a snack or lunch in a personal backpack or bag.
- Campers should bring their own filled water bottle with enough water for the entire camp. We do have a water dispenser available for refills of bottles.
- It is recommended that the campers bring a change of clothes, in case they spill food or drink on their clothes
WHAT INSTRUCTOR SAFETY MEASURES ARE IN PLACE?
- Instructors are required to complete a symptom check and health screening before entering the facility
- Instructors are required to wash their hands before starting work and frequently throughout the day
WHAT ARE THE FACILITY SAFETY MEASURES?
- Hand washing will be available in both restrooms (touchless faucets) and our multi-purpose room; specific times will be reserved for the campers to wash their hands during the camp
- Hand sanitizer will be available in the gym, multi-purpose room and lobby
