I was not informed when I joined that it was auto draft only, nor did I remember signing anything authorizing auto draft from my account. Whenever I handed them my card the first and only time, I thought I was paying for one month and signing the usual credit card signing, not signing an auth to autodraft. Did NOT appreciate this. This is something they need to make clear UP front. As well as the fact that the only way out is a 30 day notice which is not clear on the website. They state something in the website that is poorly worded and difficult to interpret. I had to get a human to interpret it. They only reason I have not canceled is my kid really, really loves going.

From the beginning of covid the business was very strict on policies. When I brought my daughter back to the gym they had gone very relaxed. There were kids coming in with runny noses, half asleep, and couldn't even stand up! I was very disappointed to see how their standards had gone downhill. I was not comfortable bringing my daughter here anymore.

It's not great that during the holidays, when you are closed, you charge us anyway and we just have to figure out how to do a makeup. Fish Factory, for example, just doesn't charge when they are closed. More flexibility in how we can use our makeups would be great as well. Suggestions: * credit towards something in your store, like a leotard * let siblings who are not enrolled use the makeup (so we don't have to take the kid that is enrolled to the same class 2 or 3 times a week!) * allow makeups to be used after membership has been cancelled (so members can continue to attend once a week until the makeups are used up instead of having to attend the same class 2 or 3 times a week!)
