Ms. Ashley McGill has worked for The Little Gym of The Woodlands since 2009. Kids at The Little Gym are captivated by Ms. Ashley’s silliness, smile, and determination. Since she spends so much time teaching and encouraging your children, we thought you might like to get to know her a little bit better.

Q. Do you have a nickname?

A. Vines (My maiden name)

Q. Where were you born?

A. Katy, TX

Q. Why do you love working at The Little Gym?

A. It is amazing getting to know the parents & kids in each class. See their smiles and excitement each and every week. I love seeing how they grow with their gymnastics and how creative their minds are! They make me laugh and smile every minute of every day.

Q. What is your favorite activity we do at The Little Gym?

A. Jump on the airtrac and tumble!

Q. What is the funniest thing a kid has said to you at The Little Gym?

A. This is a hard one because they say so many funny things. But my favorite is when kids try to tell you stories… they go a little something like this… “Yesterday with my dog I brushed my teeth, and then I ate dinner and then I did a forward roll and then mom made me clean my room, and then I laid down, and then I’m coming to the Little gym tomorrow too!”… Their stories are never in order but they are the best!

Q. If you could have any super power, what would you choose?

A. To time travel!

Q. What is your favorite pizza topping?

A. Pepperoni (I’m plain Jane when it comes to food)

Q. If you could travel anywhere, fictional or non-fictional, where would you go?

A. Disney World! I went there on my honeymoon and it is the most magical place on earth, second to The Little Gym of course!

Q. What is your favorite candy?

A. Skittles taste the rainbow

Q. Who is your favorite cartoon character?

A. Minnie Mouse

Q. If you could only eat at one restaurant for the rest of your life, which would you choose?

A. I consider Chick-fil-a a restaurant so I would choose Chick-fil-a of course! So yummy!

Q. What was your favorite toy growing up?

A. Thomas the train! I had this mat that had train tracks on it and I loved building the wooden tracks on top and driving my trains around! So fun.

Q. If you were stuck on a desert island what three items would you bring?

A. Toothpaste (I HATE not brushing my teeth), pillow (I LOVE my sleep) & my dog Riley (does this count?!).

Q. If you were given $100 to spend what would you buy?

A. I don’t know what specifically I would buy but I would most likely go to Target and spend it there. Target is SOOO much fun.

Q. Which animal in the zoo is most like you?

A. I would have to say the Penguin! They are goofy at times but so sweet & friendly too!
