Training
On-going training programs are part of the The Little Gym® culture. We will
take you through an intense program that will completely prepare you for the
challenges of successful gym operation. And the training does not stop when the
gym is opened-training programs are always available.
Ongoing
Business Consulting
Once you have become a Franchise Owner, you will be assigned a New Business
Consultant, whose complete focus is on the rapid growth of your business. Once
your doors open for business, you will be transferred to an Operations
Consultant who will guide you to the next milestone. Our consultants
provide a wealth of guidance and information. Their availability will continue
throughout your tenure with The Little Gym.
