Spring Break is right around the corner! The Little Gym would SERIOUSLY love to help your family plan FUN adventures during our SPRING BREAK EXTRAVAGANZA. We have easy, flexible, 3 hours drop-off camps for both members and non-members that will surely fit your Spring Break schedule. So tell your FRIENDS! Children must be 3 – 8 years old and potty trained.

Member Promises
 
Annual Family Membership
Your family membership gives you the opportunity to participate in Priority Enrollment and to receive discounts on Birthday Parties, Camps and Parent Survival Nights. It also allows you to attend Member Only Events held throughout the year.
 
Class Observation
Your child will accomplish amazing things while they are participating in class.  We encourage all parents and visitors to observe these accomplishments from the viewing windows in the lobby.  To ensure your child’s safety and the safety of the other children in class, we ask that you assist us in keeping other children out of the gym. 
 
Clothing
Your child will maximize his or her learning experience by wearing comfortable clothing without zippers and snaps. For safety reasons, children should be barefoot in class and should not wear jewelry. To ensure the cleanest environment possible for your child, shoes and other belongings may be stored in the cubbies provided in the lobby.
 
Refunds
Your child’s enrollment at The Little Gym is an investment in his or her future, however, we understand that certain circumstances prevent members from continuing with the program.  In this case, you will be entitled to a refund for any scheduled classes which occur after cancellation notification is given.  Refunds do not apply to classes that have already occurred, so be sure to give us immediate notification when you are choosing to withdrawal from the program.  Once a withdrawal form has been completed, we will refund your unused tuition, less a cancellation fee of $25 and any discounts received upon enrollment.  Members will be entitled to refunds when there are more than 6 weeks remaining in a semester.
 
Make Ups
You will be given a make-up class in the place of a missed class as long as notification is provided before the missed class begins. In order to maintain proper student-teacher ratios, reservations are required for a make-up, so please call ahead. Make-ups will carry over into subsequent semesters, as long as the child is enrolled in that subsequent semester.
 
Safety
Your child's safety is our biggest concern. We make every effort to ensure the safety of our students in the gym and while they are in the lobby. However, parents/guardians are ultimately responsible for ensuring the safety of their children and guests while visiting The Little Gym.
 
Tuition
You have the option of paying your tuition in full or choosing from one of our payment plans.  You will be provided with the due dates associated with each payment plan to help you choose the best tuition option for your family.  When you choose one of our payment plans you will be guaranteed hassle-free automatic recurring payments to the credit or debit card of your choice.  If you would like to change your card information, simply notify us in writing and we’ll be happy to update your account.  Your child’s spot in his or her class is guaranteed by maintaining current tuition.

 

The Member Milestones program officially started May 4 to coincide with Fall 2009 Priority Enrollment. Enrolling for Fall Semester during Priority Enrollment will earn you an additional 200 points - and that's just the beginning!

Each week you bring your child to The Little Gym to learn, grow and have fun. We're honoured that you have chosen us to play a key role in helping your child develop and reach new milestones. We recognize and appreciate the commitment you make for your child's ongoing development. To thank you for your involvement, we are pleased to introduce Member Milestones. Member Milestones is a rewards program that celebrates your continued loyalty. You will accrue points with your participation in our programs and, when you are ready, redeem them for classes, birthday parties and more!
