In 2003 Beverly Cray and Shellie King purchased the Little Gym of Fuquay Varina which is now The Little Gym of Holly Springs. We thought it would be wonderful if we could improve the life of one child at a time. We wanted to help children improve their coordination and raise their self esteem. In a world where childhood obesity is on the rise and fitness is so important we wanted to make every effort to make a difference. Every day at The LIttle Gym we do this. While some children want to learn Cartwheels and Back Handsprings others want to learn how to balance on one foot. We believe this program improves lives and we want to share it with the world.
