The Little Gym of Germantown, Tn is truelly about families! The Gym itself is owned by James and Melissa Kee (brother and sister) and has been run for the last 8 years by Tiffany Kee (wife of James). Tiffany and Melissa are in charge of the day to day operations and with taking care of our little patrons. Tiffany has been a part of The Little Gym of Germantown for 16 years. Thats a lot of years! She has been there so long she has employees that once were students of hers. Tiffany is one of the most seasoned The Little Gym employees in the entire organization. She knows her stuff! Melissa is "The Mom" of the gym. She knows everybody that walks through the door. She has a calmness and warmth that she exudes in her classes as well as behind the counter, where you can usually find her inquiring about the latest vacation you just got back from or conveying her deepest sympathies for the most current stuffy nose your child has. She cares for all our little ones that come through the door each day. James Kee has the illustrious duties of the the in house maintenance man and overall business guy. You won't see him much, but he is there behind the scenes making sure everything runs as smooth as possible for your convenience. Then we have our staff. What can we say about our staff that you won't see first hand. These guys are the best. It takes a special and giving individual to perform the tasks and curriculum they do. Trust me when I say it's not a job they take lightly. Imagine having 400 + children of your own. Ok, don't stress yourself out. Each staff member goes through a 6-9 week training system before they are able to lead a class. We want to get things right and that meens having the right staff. They often develop strong bonds with the children that progress through the program over time. They become weekly mentors to the children and inspire them for a lifetime.
Families are not the only important thing for the owners of The Little Gym of Germantown. This family business also is passionate about giving back to the community. They often donate there time and services to many charitable programs. From donations for Ronald McDonald House to scholarships for St. Jude patients to fund raisers for the National Organization for Exploited and Missing Children, this family is willing to give back to the community any way they can.
Now that you know a little bit about them, stop by and tell them a little about you!
