Fran Kee owns The Little Gym of Germantown, TN. Her husband ,Jim, who is an attorney, applies his experience to the business side of this team. Fran relies on her vast "hands on" business experience to operate the gym. She spent several years managing, supervising and purchasing for a local bookstore and has in-depth experience with customer service. Before that she was a school teacher. Their love of children and passion for the principles of The Little Gym mission statement round out this team. The Little Gym of Germantown is truly a family owned and operated business. The Kee's daughter, Melissa is on staff and handles the front desk along with teaching responsibilities. Their daughter-in-law, Tiffany has been on the gym staff for eight years and functions as the gym director and lead instructor. Many of the staff have been with the gym for several years and are dedicated to the children and parents. They all work as one big team. The strength of this team is demonstrated by the fact that The Little Gym of Germantown recently received the President's Circle Award presented by The Little Gym International, Inc. for the fourth year in a row.
