Jim, Paige, Logan, Landon, and Lukas (our three sons) welcome you to The Little Gym of Brentwood. After graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Jim started his career off in the corporate world in IT and then as a software trainer at one of the Big 6 accounting firms. After 10 years, enough was enough and in 2001, he switched gears to become a personal trainer. His specialty was in outdoor boot camps and high intensity, functional workouts.
Paige started her career off as a veterinary technician and after 10 years, decided to start her own business, VetTech Relief, which after seven years, grew to be the largest veterinary technician placement service in the country.
In 2005, Logan was born, and 12 months later, Landon entered this world. On January 14th, 2008, Lukas made his appearance. So, what led us to The Little Gym? After Logan was born, we found out he had Down Syndrome. We knew very little about this, but soon learned that low muscle tone affects many children with DS. We went through physical therapy (fine and gross motor), occupational therapy, you name it, we're doing it. When we moved to Brentwood, we realized how valuable a Developmental gymnastics program would be, not only to Logan, but for all children in developing their physical, emotional, perceptual, social, and mental skills.
We investigated numerous children's programs but kept coming back to The Little Gym because of their more than 30 years experience in the industry, their top-notch curriculum, and focus on these five developmental arenas.

The BEST Little Gym!!!
We were brought to little gym by a friend on a "bring a friend day"! We fell in love instantly! My daughter was a challenge at first and didnt want to stay were she was supposed to. The teachers worked with her and were so patient and kind. Now she listens better and looks forward to each week! Its the best money I have spent on an activity so far!! LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!
We absolutly LOVE little gym and would reccomend them to anyone looking for a fun structured activity for their little one! My daughter started out at a gym that seemed good but now that we are at the Little Gym we know what we were missing!

I have been taking my two year old (almost 3) twins to The Little Gym for almost a year. I can't say enough good things about it. The staff is AWESOME. The things my kids can do in just the year they have been going are amazing. Best money spent on them so far. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!

My granddaughter is 10 years old with some developmental disabilities. She has been going to the Little Gym for over a year now. She attends the Wednesday night class and loves it. The staff treat her just like "one of the kids". The staff is competent, caring and fun. There is also a positive feeling when we walk through the door. My grandaughter's coordination has improved tremendously as well as her self confidence. I had her birthday party at the Little Gym and it was the best! Everything was catered to the things she loves to do at gymnastics. They have a parent survival night which is great for the parents. My granddaughter attended a camp during the Christmas season which was fantastic. My granddaughter is always asking about, Miss Summer, Miss Dorthy and Mr. Jim. I'm so glad there is a Little Gym!
My daughter started at the little gym 4month ago. We could have not been more happier. The staff is very helpful and always teaches us new things to work on with our daughter. Not only is this fun for her but fun for us as young parents.
Great place for fun
My daughter started out at a gym that seemed good but now that we are at the Little Gym we know what we were missing. The Little Gym has great structure for my almost 4 year old. The instructors help them to be good listeners and try new things. The kids know what to expect when they go to class and my daughter can't wait to go every week.
