SUMMER 2013 CAMP THEMES

Summer camps will begin on June 24th.  Camps are held 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and also from 1:00-4:00 on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.  Camp is available for children ages 3-8 years old and children must be fully potty trained.  Flexible registrations are available.  Choose as many weeks as you like and what days of the week suit your schedule.  Our Summer 2013 camp themes are listed below!  Enrollments may be made by phone or  in person.

THE LITTLE GYM OF WOBURN WAS AWARDED THE PRESIDENT'S CIRCLE AWARD!!
The Little Gym of Woburn was recently awarded The President's  Circle Award by The Little Gym International at the Owner's Reunion in Jacksonville. Florida.  The President's Circle Award is given to those franchisees who provide exemplary teaching and customer service.  
HIP HOP IS COMING THIS SUMMER TO THE LITTLE GYM

We are excited about our newest dance program for children ages 4 to 12…Hip Hop!  The Hip Hop program will expose students to specific, age-appropriate moves derived from Jazz and Hip Hop dance styles.  Similar to our existing dance classes, each Hip Hop class will be 30 minutes of dance along with 30 minutes of gymnastics.   

 

SUMMER REGISTRATIONS AND SPECIAL DEALS!!!
It's time to enroll for a summer class and/or our Anytime Summertime Camp.  Also, back by popular demand are our Camp Flex Passes.   Each Camp Flex Pass is valid for ten camp days during this upcoming Summer and provides the most cost savings.  There are a limited quantity of Camp Flex Passes so don't miss out on this opportunity!   
 
Our Summer Camp is appropriate for children ages 3 to 8  that are potty-trained and each week the children enjoy a new theme.  Each camp is 3 hours long and is offered from 9 am to 12 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and from 1-4 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Registrations are very flexible. You may sign up for as many or as few days as you like and there are sibling and volume camp day registration discounts.

Holidays. We’ll miss seeing you, but classes will not be held on the following days.  Make-ups given for each of these days:
         2013:  1/1, 1/21, 2/18, 5/27, 7/4, 9/2, 11/27 (PM), 11/28, 11/29.   

Scheduled Vacation Closings.
We’ll be offering camps 4/15/13 to 4/21/13.

Join Any Time!  You can join at any time. Classes may be joined any time during the Season on a pro-rated basis!!

You’ll always get the full value of your classes.

If you’re unable to attend for any reason, let us know in advance and we’ll happily schedule a make-up class.  Make-up classes may be taken any time in the future, in an age-appropriate class that has a vacancy, during a period of time while actively registered in a class.

Refund Policy-Classes:  In case you can’t stay. 
If you’re unable to complete the Season for any reason, we’ll simply refund the value of classes that haven’t occurred less any savings you might have received. Just let us know, and we'll process a refund for those classes you have paid for that are scheduled in the future (from the time you inform us that you are unable to stay.)

Refund Policy-Birthdays.  The $75 deposit paid when you book your birthday party is a non-refundable deposit.  The balance of the cost of the party is due on the day of the party.  If you do need to cancel your party for any reason, please give us as much notice as possible.  If we are able to rebook the party, we will return your deposit to you.  In the event of a natural disaster or severely inclement weather, we will work with you to find a mutually convenient time to reschedule your party.
