Bill Bartok
Owner. Opened The Little Gym of North Olmsted in June 1993, where it remained for 15 years until relocating to Westgate in March 2008. Opened The Little Gym of Avon in July 2005, which he sold to a customer in January 2010. Worked with The Little Gym International as an Operations Consultant to other The Little Gyms from 2002-2010. Graduate of Cleveland State University with a degree in Business Administration. Previous business experience with a Big 6 accounting firm. Huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoys gardening and home improvment.
Jennifer Hardy
Gym Director. Has been with The Little Gym since July 2001. Oversees business operations, staffing and customer service. Graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in Psychology. Previous substitute teacher in North Olmsted School System. Previous lifeguard and swimming instructor for children and adults. Grew up outside of Nashville, TN. Enjoys spending time outdoors, bicycling, reading, and most sports. Is a vegetarian and huge animal lover!
Lindsey Kovelan
Program Director. Has been with The Little Gym since August 2000. Oversees curriculum development, staff training and customer service. Graduate of Bowling Green State University with a degree in Human Development & Family Studies and a minor in Health Promotion. Previously employed as a case manager for children at a mental health agency. Work experience in assisting with the elderly and with "Help Me Grow" program. Huge Cleveland Sports fan!
Julie Machinena
Instructor. Has been with The Little Gym since June 2001. Several years experience in tap and dance squad. Also currently employed as fashion consultant/sales associate at Chico's Women's Clothing Store. Mother of 2 daughters, ages 22 and 19 years. Enjoys fitness walking, biking and golf.
Catherine Seiler
Instructor. Has been with The Little Gym since June 2005. Graduate of St. Mary's College with a degree in Elementary Education. Taught for 5 years at St. Leo the Great, ages K - 2nd. Member of the Board at Parkview PlaySchool. 10 years of ballet experience. Mother of 3 children, 2 sons, 9 and 4 years, and a daughter, 8 years, who have been members of The Little Gym since 2004.
Kourtney Schultz
Instructor. Has been with The Little Gym since 2011. Graduate of Brown Aveda Institute in 2011. Competitive gymnast for 7 years. Enjoys gymnastics and decorating.
Marissa Redden
Instructor. Has been with The Little Gym since June 2011. Senior at Lutheran West High School. Cheerleader for 4 years. Student Council for 2 years. Enjoys spending time with friends and playing the guitar.
Maddie Bain
Instructor. Maddie is a Junior at Magnificat High School and has been with us since March of this year. She and her 3 sisters were enrolled in classes with The Little Gym for several years. She has 13 years of dance experience and enjoys reading and writing.
Jessica Cherico
Instructor. Jessica is a Junior at Magnificat High School and has been with us since March of this year. She has 5 years of dance experience, 2 years of gymnastics experience and enjoys singing.
Faith Cadwallader
Instructor. Faith is a Freshman at Cuyahoga Community College and has been with us since May of this year. She has 6 years of chearleading experience, 6 years of dance experience, 6 years of tumbling, and enjoys swimming and dancing.
