Common questions/concerns regarding enrolling for a 38-40 week season...
"Well, we've always just done one semester at a time. Why are you making us enroll for the entire year?" First, we would not make you do anything you're not comfortable with. There are several reasons that we are making this switch...many parents have asked for an easier way to enroll. Over the years, a very high percentage of the students who enroll for the first 20 weeks of our season, also enroll for the second 20 weeks. many of our parents have said they'd like to be able to enroll in a class one time so that they can plan the rest of their activities around school and "The Little Gym". Our switch to the Season allows us to accomodate everyone. Additionally, with our new curriculum in the form of learning units, we've found that each child is able to grow more skills faster, all the while enjoying some "serious fun." With this congruent consistency mirroring the school year, your child will have the opportunity to become a leader in class with his new friends.
"I'm not comfortable committing to 40 weeks. What if something happens or my child doesn't like it?" We understand this genuine concern. One of our many primary goals is for you and your child to feel comfortable at the Little Gym of West County; as if it feels like home. One thing I will share is that we've actually assumed all the risk for you. We're going to reserve your spot in the class of your choice, regardless of what payment option you choose. So if your child for some reason chooses not to participate in The Little Gym(which I can't envision), then we will cancel your payments, or refund your money...no questions asked/no contracts/just as always your complete satisfaction. Really the only thing that is changing is the fact that we're reserving your spot all the way through June! No worry ever again about not being able to enroll in your preferred class time because of full capacity!
"We don't know what our schedule is going to be like in a few months or next year." I can see why this would be a concern to you; however let me reassure you that we run into situations like this all the time...that's why we have such a great make-up and refund commitment here. Simply said, we make it easy for you to do business with us!
"We're just not going to re-enroll if we have to enroll for the whole year. That would be very sad, but you don't have to enroll for the year. We recommend this approach for reasons already stated, but as well it is your best way to "save money", earn "member milestone points", and mostly it enables your child to learn and develop that much more quickly. You will always have your choice of options...the downside is the potential to lose your spot in future classes; the upside is that you always have the peace of mind in enrolling exactly the way "you" want to...sound fair?
