Motor Skill Development made Fun builds Confidence that leads to a lifetime of Success. For over 30 years, The Little Gym® has done just that. Owners Doug and Heidi Henson have always been passionate about children. Along with their two children, Emily and Josh, The Little Gym has become their family. Since the gym’s opening in October 2003, the “five star” rated staff has trained hundreds of children from the ages of 4 months to 12 years old. They love building a child’s self esteem and helping them reach their highest level of mental, physical, and emotional growth. Having a child or parent thank you for making a difference in their child’s life is PRICELESS! Beth Basara is our Program Director. Her love of gymnastics and special gift of teaching will keep you and your child on your toes! Dorothy Szpet is our Gym Director. She loves teaching, and loves educating parents on the benefits of The Little Gym. She is also a gymnast, and teaches advanced grade school classes.
