Ailyn, Marleny, and Sylvia have always dreamed of combining their gifts and talents to create something special. When they discovered The Little Gym, they knew that their dream would become a reality. Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, they came to the United States with a dream to own a business devoted entirely to children. Much of their passion for working with children stems from many years ago. Marleny Ginsberg has held management positions at the community center in Aventura, FL and was also the director of the sports department at the community center in Caracas, Venezuela. She also owns her own business in partnership with her husband. Sylvia Rubinsztain, an early childhood educator, has over 13 years of experience working with preschool age children as well as grade school kids, teaching several subjects in elementary school. She was also very involved in the Jewish community in Venezuela. And Ailyn Weinstein, an architect, spent most of her high school and college years highly involved in youth groups, and sleep-away summer camps, also becoming the director of the youth group in 1995. They are all mothers themselves, and know how important it is to raise children with a high level of confidence and self-esteem, and to help them reach their highest level of mental, physical and emotional growth. Their goal is to provide your children with tools to achieve just that. With their combined experience in business and in working with children of all ages throughout the years, Marleny, Sylvia and Ailyn look forward to bringing a high quality program to the South Florida community.
