Whether you're looking for a position as a Gym Director or a part-time Instructor, our proprietary training system will have you teaching classes and providing outstanding customer service in no time.

The secret to our success is our The Little Gym "Instructor Training System or (ITS)," which is specifically designed to be implemented on-site by our franchise owners themselves. The Instructor Training System is comprised of a number of training modules, which guide a new employee through a multi-step, progressive training program capable of teaching a brand new employee our unique teaching methods in a very short period of time. By utilizing our system, our owners have been able to ensure that all of our classes are taught according to The Little Gym International's high quality standards, while still being able to grow and develop people at a pace that's comfortable to them.

In addition, our advanced, computer-based interactive DVD's have revolutionized our ability to "show, tell and demonstrate" our program to new instructors, and when combined with our training videos and detailed day-to-day lesson plans, training new employees has never been easier!

The Little Gym International Corporate Training Programs

Our goal has always been to provide our employees with the tools and training they need to be successful. By taking a very hands-on, interactive approach to our training program, we've been able to train and develop new employees at an accelerated rate, thereby increasing productivity and employee retention.
