Bob and Cindy Joers have always been passionate about children. After dreaming of owning a business for many years, Bob and Cindy finally decided that it was time to put their dream into motion, and in Fall of 2004 they opened The Little Gym of Middleton ... the first The Little Gym in Wisconsin! Bob and Cindy are both perfectly suited to be owners of a The Little Gym due primarily to Bob's 15+ years of swim coaching and experience as a high school athletic director, and Cindy's marketing and writing background. The Joers' love working in their gym, and their hard work and dedication have certainly paid off. The Little Gym of Middleton continues to grow by leaps and bounds (pun intended), and their three children, Alex (16), Brett (12) and Mattie (6) love being The Little Gym mascots!
