Dawn and Michael Perry have always been passionate about children and became even more so after having two of their own. They were first introduced to The Little Gym at a friend's birthday party for her 3 year old daughter. They brought their then 6 month old daughter and found that even at a toddler birthday, she could have fun too.

Their daughter, now 7, started out in a Beast class. They never thought she'd participate in an independent class. She clung to mom's leg for the first 3 weeks of her Funny Bug class; but as time went on, she gained confidence and began to participate on her own. Now, she is having fun as a Mini Jet. Their 4 year old son also started at The Little Gym as a Beast and is now a Giggle Worm. He really likes to swing, hang and jump on all the great equipment. 

Dawn and Michael are well suited for owning The Little Gym of Mansfield. After many years in corporate America, Dawn decided it was time to turn their passion into a more fulfilling career. In August of 2007, they opened The Little Gym of Mansfield, NJ which now allows them to help nurture the motor skill development and confidence of the children of Mansfield - just as The Little Gym does for their own kids.

Dawn will serve as the Gym Director at The Little Gym of Mansfield and Michael will have an advisory role. Most recently, Dawn was the Director of Customer Relationship Marketing at Avis Budget Group and ran the loyalty and customer-centric marketing efforts for the Avis and Budget car rental companies. Prior to Avis Budget Group, Dawn was an Assistant Director at Scholastic Inc. where she managed over 20 book clubs for school-age children.

The Program Director for The Little Gym of Mansfield is Randi Cooper. Randi has over four years experience working with multiply-handicapped children at Regional Day School in Morristown, NJ. Her love of children, fitness and teaching make her well suited to her Program Director role at The Little Gym of Mansfield.
