The Little Gym of Lake Oswego/Tualatin is owned and managed by Ron Skoletsky and Marie Morel-Seytoux.

Ron was born and raised in Massachusetts and spent the majority of his 13-year engineering/consulting/marketing career with the Hewlett-Packard Company in the San Francisco Bay area. Ron has a calm demeanor (very useful when trying to figure out why electrons aren't doing what they're supposed to be doing), but his love of children and silly sense of humor drove him to realize his destiny and join The Little Gym family.

Marie was born and raised in Colorado, attended Willamette University in Salem OR, where she majored in Mathematics and later completed her Masters Degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University. Marie managed a custom credit consulting team at Fair, Isaac and Company by day, and by night (and weekends), Marie taught group exercise classes (she holds a Group Fitness Instructor certification from the American Council on Exercise), practiced swing dancing, and performed roller-dance. In addition, after marrying Ron in 1999, Marie became Motherwell certified in pre- and post-natal fitness. As a side project, Marie designed, produced, and distributed a DVD of her "Freya Fitness Postnatal Exercise for Mom & Baby" program.

Marie and Ron, along with their family, now happily reside in West Linn, where they plan to grow roots and raise their family. Their 10-year old daughter, Freya, is working towards becoming Vice President of Marketing for The Little Gym, enjoying giving out business cards to everyone she meets, and making sure they’re invited to her next birthday party. Their 7-year old son, Blaise, no longer a connoisseur of crayons, has discovered the joys of tummy rolls on the low bar, and is working on mastering creative sound effects that he can use when playing with his outer space-themed Legos.

The Little Gym of Lake Oswego/Tualatin has been providing motor-skill development for the area's children since 1995. Marie and Ron took over ownership on Dec 18, 2005, and after a complete remodeling of the gym and overhaul of the equipment reopened on January 16, 2006.
