Lia and Phil Arnold are the proud owners of The Little Gym of Hunt Valley. Both have always been passionate about children and have wanted to do something that really makes a difference in children's lives. After dreaming about owning a business for many years, Lia and Phil finally decided to put their dream into motion, and in October 2007 they opened The Little Gym of Hunt Valley. They fell in love with the philosophy and curriculum of The Little Gym and knew almost immediately that they had found the "right thing." Of course their daughter Emily (8) and son AJ (7) couldn’t be happier about this and are excited to work in the family business! Cara Lagatare is thrilled to be the Gym Director at The Little Gym of Hunt Valley. Cara has been with The Little Gym of Hunt Valley since its grand opening in 2007! She is a Towson University graduate with a degree in Elementary Education. Cara has a background teaching 3rd grade, cheerleading, gymnastics, and dance.  Of The Little Gym, Cara says, "The kids don't even realize they are building skills because the environment here is so fun and nurturing". Cara looks forward to meeting you and seeing fantastic skill growth develop!

Lesley Heebner is The Little Gym of Hunt Valley's Program Director. Lesley has also been on The Little Gym team since its opening in 2007. She is a graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a degree in Forensic Psychology. She has over 20 years of dance, cheerleading and competitive gymnastics experience, with 5 years of coaching. Lesley has instructed private lessons, private camps, and judged cheerleading competitions. She loves to teach and share her experience.

Justin Henke is our Karate Coordinator. He is also a Lead Instructor for all other programs at The Little Gym. Justin is a Red Black belt in Hap Ki Do. His teaching experience includes coaching wrestling, swimming, and gymnastics. Justin is a Towson University graduate with a B.S. degree in Art. He enjoys teaching and working with the kids at The Little Gym of Hunt Valley.
