The Little Gym of Highlands Ranch is owned by Scott and Cari Risby. After years of dreaming of owning their own business and exploring many different business opportunities, Scott and Cari decided that they wanted to do something that made a difference and had a positive impact on people and their community. Once they found The Little Gym, they knew they had found their calling.

Both Scott and Cari received their degrees in Business from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Scott went on to a career in Marketing and International Business, while Cari continues to work for a large Medical Group Management company. However, both look back on their extensive childhood experiences in sports and athletics as key building blocks in making them the people they are today. Scott learned leadership and teamwork skills as the captain of his high school baseball team and learned the importance of determination as he qualified for and completed the Boston Marathon. Cari learned about teamwork and the ability to overcome obstacles as she and her soccer team traveled to Europe to compete. Therefore, both Scott and Cari feel so fortunate to be opening the doors of their own The Little Gym, so the children of Highlands Ranch and the surrounding area can learn those lessons and more in a FUN, NON-COMPETITIVE and NUTURING environment.
