The Little Gym of Fairfax is owned and operated by Chad Mussmon and Tiffany Mussmon, who also own The Little Gym's of  Ashburn and Gainesville . Their love for children, and passion for The Little Gym program has helped them expand The Little Gym franchise into Fairfax County. Daily leadership is handled by Gym Director Melissa Niedzialek, and Program Director Taylor Smith. Melissa brings a wealth of teaching and managerial experience from working with children for over 14 years. Melissa continually benefits The Little Gym program with her strong background in child psychology and in teaching both gymnastics and dance. Taylor was a competitive gymnast as well as cheerleader for many years!  She has been teaching children gymnastics for 6years and is now carrying on her karismatic and fun teaching style here at our gym. Together, Melissa and Taylor, along with the rest of the staff, implement and teach the one of a kind The Little Gym curriculum helping children succeed, learn and have fun in the process.
