When my daughter was born in 2001, I owned an Insurance Agency. I had dreams of taking her into work with me. But parenthood doesn’t always work out the way we plan. My daughter was born with reflux and cried about 70% of the day and night. Soon after her birth, I sold my business and became a Stay at Home Mom. It was the biggest blessing of my life! One of the most rewarding experiences I had as a Stay at Home Mom was being a member of The Little Gym. It was such a joy to watch my children grow physically and emotionally. When my family and I moved here to Chesapeake 3 years ago, I went back to work in insurance. I soon found a local The Little Gym and enrolled both of my children. It was the best part of my week. After a busy week at work, the hours we spent at The Little Gym became precious moments! Because of these experiences and my desire to make a difference in people’s lives, I decided it would be so wonderful to be able to provide precious moments to other families just like mine.
