The Little Gym of Brecksville is co-owned by Bill and Katie Fetsko and Mike Bakonyi. Opening The Little Gym of Brecksville is a dream come true for Katie and Bill. The two actually met while working at The Little Gym of Southeast Cleveland (more commonly known as TLG of Twinsburg) and married a few years later. Their experience and belief in the positive nature of The Little Gym program make them an ideal fit as owners. Katie worked for The Little Gym of Southeast Cleveland for over eight years as an instructor and Birthday Party Manager, while Bill worked for The Little Gym of Southeast Cleveland as Gym Director for over nine years. Katie has a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education and Pre-Kindergarten Special Needs. She also has many years of experience in dance, cheerleading, and tumbling, as well as a 1st degree black belt in Karate. Bill has a BA in Elementary Education, has competed in collegiate athletics, and currently holds a 2nd degree black belt in Karate. Mike and his wife, Michele, have come to know The Little Gym through the great experiences both of their children, Peyton (4 years) and Blake (1 year), have had taking classes. Peyton has enjoyed meeting new friends, feeling like a princess in dance and cheerleading classes, and running and playing in gymnastics classes, while learning at the same time. Mike will act as business advisor and Michele will handle the accounting duties, so that Bill and Katie can focus on your children. Bill and Katie’s extensive experience as educators and athletes – along with their abundant energy and out-going personalities – speaks for itself. They will most certainly make your trips to The Little Gym personal and special for you and your children.
