The Little Gym of Ashburn is owned and operated by Chad Mussmon, Bob Cole and Jamy Cole-Judd, who also own The Little Gym of Fairfax, and The Little Gym of Gainesville. Their love for children and passion for The Little Gym program has made The Little Gym of Ashburn a fixture in Loudoun County for fifteen years.

Daily leadership is handled by Gym Director Tharen Koelsch and Program Director Kaitlyn Butynski.
